Following the new demand and food trend in the market, The Junction House finally catched up with a whole new different breakfast and brunch menu to take your brunching experience in Seminyak into the next level. Keeping the French Culture in our heart and more than 10 years all time favourite dishes in the cafe, you can still find our classic French baguette, French crepes and sweets in the menu. However, we also developed new exciting taste with the influence of International cuisine.
Some of our savoury new breakfast menu including Chicken and Waffle, Breakfast Polenta, Smashed Avo, Eggs Florentine, and Junction’s Big Breakfast were being made to cater your daily breakfast with comfortable taste. We also come with sweet choices such as The Vanilla Stack, Organic Tropical Bowl, Summer Watermelon Bowl and Avocado & Cream Cheese Tartine.
Meanwhile, for more heavy lunch we come up with new pasta comers; Vongole Amore with its umami taste of clams, garlic, Italian basil and white wine; Spinach Pesto Gnocchi with fragrantful spinach pesto sauce and green peas; Confit Chicken featuring penne in a creamy sauce, and Oxtail & Beef Ragu Pasta combining fettuccini in braised oxtail red tomato sauce.
To accompany your brunch, we also blend you new list of healthy smoothies with vegan options and superfood ingredients. Most of our smoothies also are hangover cure, named some such as Nutty Hangover consist of peanut butter, whole almond, almond milk and oatmeal.
All of these new menu are available at The Junction House everyday start from July 2018 onwards.
